What You’ll Do
As a Process Engineer, you'll develop and continuously improve the manufacturing processes that keep our operation running efficiently and accurately. Your work will directly impact product quality, throughput, and customer satisfaction.
Depending on your experience level, you'll:
- Develop manufacturing process plans and work instructions
- Create quality control plans and inspection documentation
- Define tooling, fixturing, and manufacturing workflows
- Support new product introductions and first article inspections
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and identify root causes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce cost and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with Programming, Quality, Production, and Engineering to optimize manufacturing processes
- Help establish best practices and standardized manufacturing documentation
- Mentor junior engineers (Level II & III)
What We’re Looking For
Successful candidates are naturally curious, highly organized, and enjoy solving technical problems.
You may be a great fit if you have experience with:
- Manufacturing or Process Engineering
- CNC machining environments
- Aerospace or defense manufacturing
- Process documentation and workflow development
- Root cause analysis and continuous improvement
- Engineering drawings and GD&T
- Cross-functional collaboration
- AS9100 or other regulated manufacturing environments
Process Engineer I
Ideal for recent engineering graduates or professionals beginning their manufacturing engineering career.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Desire to learn manufacturing processes
Process Engineer II
For engineers ready to independently own manufacturing processes and improve production performance.
- 2+ years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience
- Experience creating process documentation
- Comfortable supporting production and leading process improvements
Process Engineer III
For experienced engineers who enjoy solving complex manufacturing challenges and leading technical initiatives.
- 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Proven success improving manufacturing systems
- Experience leading cross-functional projects
- Strong mentoring and technical leadership skills
Benefits and Perks
Our comprehensive benefits package includes, but is not limited to, a competitive salary, accrued vacation time, sick time, paid holidays, 401(k) with company match, health, dental, and vision insurance as well as Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and life/AD&D insurance. The salary range encompassing all three levels is between $50,000 - $125,000/ year.
