Production Coordinator
Position Summary
Delva Tool (DTM) is seeking a Production Coordinator for our Cinnaminson, NJ location. The Production Coordinator is responsible for tracking materials throughout the manufacturing process, tracking material orders, and ensuring adherence to the production schedule.
*This position works a schedule of Monday thru Friday from 7:00am - 3:30pm. Our work area is 100% climate controlled. The hiring range for this position is between $28.00 - $33.00/hr. depending on experience*
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Track parts--incoming and outgoing.
- Expedite parts--incoming and outgoing.
- Provide travelers to identify material as delivered.
- Coordinate manufacturing, inspection, purchasing (PO’s), shipping/receiving functions, communicating priorities.
- Planning, scheduling, follow up, directing work, addressing, and resolving problems.
- Facilitate needed communications between departments.
Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
- High school diploma or GED.
- 8+ years related experience coordinating production and manufacturing is required.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routing reports and correspondence.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Ability to read precision gauges and visual accuracy.
- Ability to produce precision work.
