Mill Creek Machining, a location of Delva Tool & Machine, is looking for a Quality Inspector I, II, or III to perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections while helping maintain the highest standards of quality throughout production.
What You’ll Do
- Perform dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, thread gauges, and other precision measuring equipment.
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection requirements.
- Document inspection results and maintain quality records.
- Identify and process nonconforming material.
- Verify certifications, traceability documentation, and traveler accuracy.
- Support AS9100 quality system requirements and documentation.
- Participate in root cause investigations and corrective actions.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience level may range from entry-level to senior inspection professionals.
- Blueprint reading skills.
- Experience using precision measuring instruments.
- Understanding of manufacturing quality principles.
- Knowledge of AS9100, GD&T, CMMs, and FAI documentation is highly valued for higher-level positions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Benefits and Perks
This pay range for this position falls between $20.00-$40.00/hour depending on experience.
