Position Summary
We're looking for an experienced CNC Programmer who enjoys owning their work from print to production - not just posting code and walking away. This role is ideal for someone who wants to work on challenging, tight-tolerance aerospace components, collaborate closely with machinists and quality teams, and have real influence over how parts are programmed, proven out, and produced.
What you'll do:
- You'll be responsible for programming and supporting CNC operations using Mastercam across multi-axis mills or complex lathe machines.
- Develop machining strategies from engineering models and prints.
- Support setups, prove-outs, and first-article runs on the shop floor.
- Optimize cycle time, tool life, and surface finish.
- Work closely with Engineering and Quality to ensure parts are built right the first time.
- Help improve tooling strategies, CAM standards, and programming processes.

*The starting salary range for this position falls between $60,000 - $140,000 per year depending on level and experience*
What you'll need:
- Strong proficiency with Mastercam.
- Experience programming complex lathes and/or multi-axis CNC mills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and 3D models.
- Experience working hands-on with machinists during setups and prove-outs.
- A quality-driven mindset and attention to detail.
- Swiss-machine experience is a plus but not required.
- ISO9001 or AS9100 standards highly preferred.
- Aerospace and defense industry experience preferred.
